I am an E2E Test Manager.
What is your superpower?
As an E2E TEST MANAGER, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group. By bundling digital competencies within the Lufthansa Group and accelerating delivery, the Digital Hangar aims to digitalize, harmonize, and interconnect the customer travel experience. One of our focus areas is strengthening the “Testing and QA Community” to foster Quality Assurance on our way of working and drive quality excellence across all value streams within the Digital Hangar operating model. As part of Testing and QA Community of Practice, E2E TEST MANAGER supports various value streams, work in close cooperation with the business and tech stream to help deliver quality.

What I’ll do.
- Development of holistic test strategies for a complex application landscape
- Design and execution of end-to-end tests for business critical applications
- Design and coordination of non-functional tests including load and performance tests
- In cooperation with other stakeholders I take care of the organization of release planning and deployment
- Definition, collection and reporting of test metrics
- Integration of test activities in the agile way of working
- Work in an international environment with a highly diverse team
- Coordination of a central testing team with distributed locations

What I’ll need.
- Successfully completed academic studies in IT or a comparable education
- Experiences in quality assurance & SCRUM methods (ISTQB Advanced Test Manager & Scrum or SAFe certification will be an added advantage)
- Several years’ experience in the software engineering test + release management process as test and/or release (project) manager
- Extensive experience in ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software
- Experience working in Agile environment with understanding of SAFe practices
- Analytical and communicative skills as well as a distinct understanding of complex contexts are your strengths
- You are characterized by a structured & solution-oriented approac
- Ability to work in a team & a hands-on mentality
- Very good command of English language
