What is your superpower?

As a MANAGER TECH TRANSFORMATION, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group. By bundling digital competencies within the Lufthansa Group and accelerating delivery, the Digital Hangar aims to digitalize, harmonize, and interconnect the customer travel experience. One of our focus areas is the built-up of the “Tech Community” to foster exchange, align on our way of working and feature-understanding and drive qualitative excellence across all value streams within the Digital Hangar operating model.


What I’ll do.

  • I will bring the tech unit of the Digital Hangar to life and drive the tech transformation forward by applying agile ways of working and providing the right tool support
  • I shape – together with the tech community – the Digital Hangar tech strategy and vision
  • I create the tech roadmap together with the tech community leads and ensure proper status updates
  •  I organize and facilitate regular exchange and workshops within the tech community
  •  I am working closely with the Chief Tech Officer, prepare slides for the management and act as a communicator to the other streams and the communication team
  •  I work in an international environment with a highly diverse team


What I’ll need.

  • A strategic mindset and proven record of relevant experience
  • Drive and ambition to shape a new role in a highly dynamic environment
  • 5+ years’ experience within an agile working-environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to easily facilitate discussions between cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of software development processes, dependencies and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
  • Ownership mindset that takes care of conceptualizing, developing and maintaining clear and easy-to-understand dashboards and visualizations
  • Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
  • Very good command of English language
