What is your superpower?

As a PRODUCT OWNER,  I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of our numerous clients. I have the end-to-end accountability for a product our teams are developing and take part in our collaborative effort to develop the next era of digitally enhanced travelling.


What I’ll do.

  • I hold end-to-end ownership of my product in the Digital Hangar portfolio and drive the commercial success
  • I develop a vision for my product and how it will fit into the current market and the agenda of the Digital Hangar together with the product managers and the team
  • I build and improve a product that creates meaningful value for customers and all stakeholders involved
  • I take care that technology and solution decisions are done in accordance to the architecture framework
  • I am responsible to maximize the product’s value by creating user stories, prioritizing them in our product backlog and sign-off delivered increments
  • I develop the roadmap for my product together with product and value stream management and represent the voice of the customer within the development cycle and our processes


What I’ll need.

  • Min. 2 years experience as a Product Owner or working in an agile team
  • Good knowledge of airline customer journey processes
  • Good experience with Microsoft dynamics CRM
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment, working with customer data and facilitating product analyses from it
  • Strong ability to structure complex issues, translate them into a delivery roadmap and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong communication skills and ability to easily facilitate discussions and analyses between cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and customers
  • Knowledge of software -development processes, dependencies and digital products, as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban and OKR
  • Very good command of English language
