I am an IT SCRUM MASTER.
What is your superpower?
As a Scrum Master for our team, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group. I am driving the agile mindset by coaching and facilitating product teams to improve development and delivery processes and overcome obstacles. Thereby I support them in our collaborative effort to develop the next era of digitally enhanced traveling.

What I’ll do.
- I am an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks
- I am guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value
- I am a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove them
- I am a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict
- I am driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions
- I work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed
- I am an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community
- I work in an international environment with a diverse team

What I’ll need.
- I have at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team
- I live the agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
- Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
- Very good command of the English language and fluency in German
