I am a Working Student Agile Transformation – what is your superpower?
As a WORKING STUDENT AGILE TRANSFORMATION, I am a key player in the Lufthansa Group Agile Transformation Office (ATO) – a cross-functional team of agile experts and practitioners – supporting Lufthansa Group departments on their agile learning and transformation journey.

What I’ll do.
- I am an ambassador for agile values, agile mindset and agile frameworks
- I am developing products and services to scale agile ways of working and agile transformation within LHG
- I am a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy and equipped with strong communication skills
- I assist in concrete transformation projects by applying project management skills, agile/innovation methodologies or digital skills
- I am driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions
- I work pragmatically with strong hands-on mentality and support teams to deliver high quality solutions with speed
- I work in an international environment with a diverse team

What I’ll need.
- I am a business administration student or similar
- I have first internship or professional experience
- I am able to use my strong communication skills to ensure effective, open and trusting communication
- Structured way of working, team skills and strong organizational skills
- I have desirable first experience in project management and use of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, SAFe and Kanban
- I have a “doer” mentality
- I have a very good command of English language
