I am a AGILE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE LEAD. What is your superpower?

As an AGILE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE LEAD for the Digital Hangar, I drive the agile mindset throughout the Digital Hangar and enable our operating model to work based on the agile methodology. I make sure that our teams are empowered to drive change and transform the digital travel experience.

What I’ll do:

  • I lead the Community of Practice “Agile Methods and Steering” at the Digital Hangar, which comprises all Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in the Digital Hangar operating model.
  • I shape and set the standards for agile ways of working within the Digital Hangar, enabling the teams to deliver the next era of digital customer experience with a sustainable and efficient set up.
  • I am responsible for managing and optimizing the Digital Hangar’s agile development processes.
  • I support the transformation by coaching team members on agile methodologies, culture and values.

What I’ll need:

  • I have 5 years of delivery experience in a scaled agile work environment
  • I have a clear perspective for a scaled agile set up and experience of what the milestones are on the journey to achieve this
  • I am hands-on and can switch between strategy and execution
  • I have experience in scope management tools (Atlassian suite / Microsoft DevOps)
  • I am a thought leader in how new technologies are going to disrupt the role of agile working
  • I gain the trust of senior management to drive adoption of methods
  • I can build business cases for required changes in organizational set ups
  • I am leading and developing people and teams and I have practical knowledge of coaching tools
  • I am familiar with agile frameworks (SAFe, SaS, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban and OKRs)
  • I am willing to travel across our European locations
