As a DIGITAL WORKPLACE LEAD for our team, I am a key player in delivering a wonderful place to work for our folks at the Digital Hangar. I am striving to create that “it just works” magical feeling for our digital Workplace.

What I’ll do.
- Establish, build, and control the digital hangar workplace services for our European hubs
- Continuously optimize the end-user experience
- Focus on the “Digital Workplace of the Digital Hangar” that includes Mobile Device Management, Print Services and Communications Services and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- I work pragmatically and support my team to deliver high-quality solutions with speed
- I work in an international environment with a highly diverse team

What I’ll need.
- At least 3 years of experience as a service manager for workplace and infrastructure solutions especially for: client and mobile technology, network and vpn, telecommunication and conferencing
- Azure AAD, M365 and Azure Intune is a plus
- Ability to apply my strategically strong mindset to business, product, and technical challenges
- Good knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes
- Effective communication skills and the ability to push topics within a corporate environment
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
- Particularly good command of English language
