What is your superpower?

As a USER RESEARCHER for our team, I am improving the user experience of our channels within digital sales. I am passionate about truly understanding customers and what is valuable to them in order to create relevant, easy to use and pleasurable to use products and services. I master both qualitative and quantitative research methods through which I optimize features of our products along the airline’s customer journey, leverage best practices and support innovation initiatives

What I’ll do.

  • Own the long-term research strategy for products: designing research concepts by applying various methods (qual. and quant.), developing scripts, screeners, recruiting participants as well as moderating, analyzing, and delivering results
  • Working closely with Designers, Product Managers and Developers to identify and prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to generate focused insights that help them understand user needs
  • Translating user insights into actions and recommendations to derive actionable requirements for prototype development and product strategy and ultimately help shape directions of our company
  • Communicate research findings to diverse audiences through reports and presentations

What I’ll need.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years experience with user research methods in a commercial domain
  • Experience analyzing both quantitative & qualitative data to produce user research deliverables
  • Detailed knowledge of usability testing methodologies and current state of the art in user experience research (academic program/ equivalent work experience)
  • Experience managing, planning and conducting usability test sessions
  • Persuasive communication and consulting skills required to advocate for customer needs to stakeholders
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Excellent networker, establishing cross-functional collaborations & developing exchange with experts in other companies/sectors
