UX & Copy Writer (M/F/D)

I am an UX & Copy Writer.
What is your superpower?

As a UX & COPY WRITER for our team, I craft clear and engaging language that guides users through our digital channels. Working closely with designers, developers, and product managers, I ensure every word enhances clarity, usability, and brand voice, aiming to delight and empower users at every interaction.


What I’ll do.

  • Designing information and communication flows for customer oriented digital products, including conversational dialogues
  • Stand in for user centred methodologies, UX writing standard and guidelines as well as user research in an agile working environment.
  • Create and maintain content assets with high standards towards user guidance, readability, findability, conciseness and in accordance to WCAG standards
  • Manage content planning, production, and orchestration of customer information on digital services, including editing and copy writing for external customer communication channels
  • Elaborate communication plans and allocate communication measures with a cross-channel view in customer communication touchpoints of the LHG and execute distribution to channel owners


What I’ll need.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education in UX design, digital media, linguistics, communication or information management
  • Excellent communication and editing skills in DE and EN, with the ability to identify target audiences and create content.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a cross-functional and agile approach with a complex network of internal/external partners
  • Expertise in digital content management and assets (tone of voice, online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG)
  • High organizational skills and highly capable to reduce complexity
  • Experience in prototyping and basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Frustration tolerant, constructive and searching for ways to move forward
